Hong Kong / Mainland Border Crossing Restrictions Tightened
From 10:00 a.m. on July 17, 2020, entry personnel from Hong Kong via Shenzhen Port must have a negative result of nucleic acid test within 72 hours issued by a qualified testing institution recognized by the Hong Kong SAR Government and accept 14 days of concentrated isolation medical observation. Important official business personnel, cross-border truck drivers, cross-border students who have been approved to be exempted from entry segregation, and personnel who comply with the policy of mutual recognition of isolation medical observation between Guangdong and Hong Kong, shall continue to implement the current regulations.

According to the unified deployment of the provincial epidemic prevention and control work, from 8:00 on April 28th, all entry personnel who pass through the Shenzhen port will need to quarantine medical observation in Shenzhen for 14 days. Please make preparations in advance.
In a circular issued on April 30, it was announced that from 8:00 on April 28, ordinary passengers entering Shenzhen through Hong Kong through the port will not be distinguished based on their final destinations, and will arrange for 14 days of centralized isolation at their own expense in Shenzhen City.
